An MBA Management Challenge

INNOVATION: Increasing competitive advantage and finding the next market successes through better or more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or ideas is a key challenge for all organisations.

This is an interesting topic and the focus for my research study for the final piece of work for an MBA at Henley Business School. This final assessment is called a ‘Management Challenge’ and you can track the progress on this website.
